And when we give freely – without thought of our own reward or gain – but for the uplifting of others, we reflect the grace and love of God, personified in Jesus.

Jesus calls us to love others as ourselves.
To follow His example, and to lay down what we have for the benefit of others – and He says that when people see us do this, they will know we are His disciples. His followers.

Today you have an opportunity to be charitable.
To show enormous love to others.
And to give, so that they may hear about the greatest love of all – the love we receive from God in Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
