Out of the Cyclone

“I like to describe depression as a vortex, like a cyclone or a tornado or something like that. You’ve sort of got control while you’re at the end of it. But as you start cycling into that tornado, you start losing control. 

 Sometimes you just felt like, is this going to ever end? Is this it? Am I going to be stuck in this reality forever?”
