Many past and present supporters of Lutheran Media attended our final 80th anniversary celebration at St Michael’s Lutheran Church, Hahndorf. With readings from former directors, and a message from Rev Richard Fox, we shared in the celebration of Lutheran Media’s 80 years in media. Greetings were acknowledged from LCANZ Bishop Paul Smith, District SA-NT Bishop Andrew Brook and LWSA-NT President Josie Hunt and many others sent greetings who couldn’t attend on the day.
After the service, we shared lunch together and the obligatory ‘cutting of the cake’. It was a great day to share how Lutheran Media is reaching people across the world with messages of hope. We pray for continued blessings as we look to the future in our reach to share hope in the world for decades to come.
